We currently ship across India. Once your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes between 4–7 business days depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order value. From time to time, Banaras Heritage may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the website.
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message along with tracking details via SMS or email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier partner’s website.
